An exciting opportunity has opened for two people to join our management team at our award-winning private island resort in Raja Ampat, indonesia.

We’re looking for two people to join our small management team to provide outstanding service and deliver transformative experiences against the backdrop of an inspiring sustainable tourism operation.

We are accepting applications for Activities Manager and Resident Manager, ideally for a couple with a minimum of 2 years experience in remote resort operations.

Candidates must have a positive attitude and an appreciation for a diverse team, as well as a passion for conservation. A desire to deliver excellent hospitality skills and service is a must.

Misool Activities Manager

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Dive & Activities Manager

  • Minimum PADI OWSI & Nitrox Instructor with 2 years’ experience

  • fluent in English, good command of Bahasa Indonesia preferred

  • Excellent Guest Relations skills

  • Extensive knowledge of marine flora and fauna, and marine conservation

  • Keen focus on guest satisfaction & experience

  • Strong, enthusiastic leadership skills with a team player attitude

  • Excited about working on a remote island for extended periods

Misool Resident Manager

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a resort management position tied to guest services

  • fluent in English, good command of Bahasa Indonesia preferred

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Team leadership with a diverse, multi-cultural, and multilingual crew

  • Excellent communication with experience of working with guests from all over the world, specifically the U.S. and Europe

  • Impeccable attention to detail with a focus on exceptional customer service

  • Excited about working on a remote island for extended period

  • Photography skills a plus

Successful candidates will be provided with a generous package including salary, a cozy island home, and a work visa (for non-Indonesian citizens).
